Fix Koffing and Weezing colors #57

I noticed a few mistakes on Koffing and Weezing:

the mark on Koffing's body kept the yellow color from its regular form on its shiny gen 7 and gen 8 icons. Same for Weezing (gen 7 only).
the smoke coming out of Weezing kept its regular-form colors on its shiny gen 8 icon.

So I fixed them :)

Looks good, nice catch! I've backported the Gen 7 sprites to the legacy sprites dir too.

Regarding the yellow mark, that must be one of those sprites where I used the Gen 4/5 version as reference. Seems it used to be yellow but then turned back to being white as of Gen 6.
