Add new sprites for Crown Tundra DLC #93

Hey @msikma, I've gone ahead and taken a look at all the new sprites, and everything looks great! Only inconsistency I found was that Shiny Electabuzz isn't updated to match its new SWSH sprite.

Another minor thing is that Nidoqueen's sprite seems to be off...

As such, the same applies for Shiny sprites. Not entirely sure where you got the sprites from, but they don't match up with my dump from SWSH 1.3.0.

Hey there, thanks for letting me know. Seems those two are accidentally still the old Let's Go sprites. I haven't done a final check yet, but good thing to know I should be looking for this.

By the way, I've been using the files in the PKHeX repo for this. They should be good, but just in case, would you be able to send me your SWSH 1.3.0 dump, preferably the items too if you have them?

I think this is ready for release now, so I'm merging and regenerating the docs. Some brief release notes:

PokéSprite has been updated for the second Sword/Shield DLC, Crown Tundra.

The following changes were made:

In total 104 new shiny sprites were made.

I've also added a list of Pokémon that have not yet gotten new sprites yet (since they're not included in Sword/Shield yet). This also includes things like all Mega Evolution forms, and other forms that are unavailable in Galar.
