Raise the ceiling in the front room

In the front root adjoining the kitchen, raise the ceiling to the rafters.

• currently a drop ceiling is in place
• [x] order spray foam
• [x] tear down current ceiling
• [x] spray foam insulate against roof decking 1-2"
• [x] sand and varnish the 6x18 beam
  • [x] add hurricane ties to 2x8 roof joists
  • [x] add Simpson steel bracket to beam ends
• [x] bring wiring into the ceiling for lights & kitchen fan #103
• [x] spray foam insulate between roof joists
• [x] drywall the ceiling
