Changes proposed in this pull request:

ROUNDCUBE_ATTACHMENT_SIZE_MB: configurable max upload size;
ROUNDCUBE_CORE_PLUGINS, ROUNDCUBE_EXTENSIONS: choose plugins to install;
ROUNDCUBE_FROM_LOCAL_PORT: allow to lock Roundcube version;
Update configuration to support Roundcube 1.6.0 changes.
