Update dependencies in readme #78

Some of our colleagues tried to use Stile, but he found that readme is wrong about certain products being "recommended" rather than required. Maybe does @msimet track which one is required?

I think that matplotlib is probably required at this point; we should probably update that.

Can I ask which package was required that the user thought wasn't required, and also what they were trying to do?
