Currently, Stile doesn't work with the LSST branch of the pipeline. Since this functionality is needed for a Dark Energy Science Collaboration project, I'll work on it here.
I won't plan on merging this into master any time soon unless we find Stile also does not work with recent versions of the HSC pipeline as well.
