Update to new TreeCorr >= v3.2 column names. #91

Many of the column names output by TreeCorr changed in v3.2 (latest version is 3.3). This PR updates the code to work with these new column names while (I believe) maintaining backwards compatibility with v3.1.

Actually, hold up on that, somebody else just had a problem...I'm going to attempt a fix.
