Add field kwarg to HistogramSysTest #92

The HistogramSysTest should allow a field kwarg like the StatSysTest for users who want to set that on initialization. Should be an easy fix.

Also, it isn't loaded into the main stile namespace by init.py and that should be fixed too.

This was fixed at some point (not sure which PR) so I'm closing it now.
