Rewind/FF audio is annoying #9

Issue split from #8, quoting @TheIronMax

The audio being sped through quickly is really loud and intelligible and doesn't provide any usefulness, especially now that there is a timer displaying when a user is. Frankly, I think it would scare my grandmother and don't think she would be able to stop the application, especially so in kiosk mode.

I see how this can be annoying, especially that the volume of the actual recording being played may differ from the rewind sound (the files I have tested with were of comparative volume - yours are quieter).

The reason behind this feature is to give audio cue as to the speed of the rewind or fast-forward. Maybe the timer is good enough for this, maybe not. I guess it depends on the user. Maybe I should look into A/B testing this whole feature.

There's a number of things I can do to make it better: more pleasant sound, quieter etc. For now, I'll just add an option to enable/disable the sound.

I had the idea of the FF and RR of simply going forward or backwards two minutes or so. It could be reflected in the timer, there could even be an audio cue for it.
