Add 'Building samples with libui binary' section #5

Useful as the libui project now provides binaries, we just need to know where to put them.

I do not understand - you described procedure for mingw target, but using bash syntax? Where user should run that script - from Win10 WSL? Or from msys2 shell?

Yes it's msys2 shell, 'git bash' on my system. That bash syntax should work the same on all platforms.
