The path of MOOS-IVP-ENSTABRETAGNE should not be anywhere. #1

I git clone the code somewhere very deep in the folder tree, seems it could not compile.

The issue up there is related to the latest MOOS release where Geodesy has bee replaced by proj4.8.

See proposed solution by MOOS or switch to the version 13.5.
