Made alignment settings on test_cases and test_plan #32

Hi,

 This fix is related for alignment issues which was faced only on 2 sections Test Cases and Test Plans.
 I have fixed both the issues and also attached both the images here .

I found other pages Stencils, Assignments are left aligned.
