Alignment changes #36

Hi,

This is a fix for alignment issues which we had in Test Cases and Test Plans. now the alignment is 
properly set to start from left.

Earlier to fix in Test Cases. test cases alignment

After fixing the issue in Test Cases.

Similarly made alignment changes to Test Plans and also Available Test Cases ( when we try to edit a
test plan this is displayed below)

There is one more issue to fix and below sceenshot shows where it is occuring.

The Btrfs, New Product, test product names should go further left or take appropriate steps which makes it look clean

They are in Test case and Test plan Tree view section from Test cases and Test Plans page.
