[Feature Request] Move test case, sub-categories, test plans, etc. #94

Currently it is not possible to move for example test cases, sub-categories, test planes and so on in TestCaseDB. This feature is really needed in case someone needs to reorganize the TestCaseDB installation.

This feature request is part of a list of feature requests we analyzed for our own usage. This is priority 6 of 10 of our feature requests.
