Sounds like the website the lyrics are obtained from changed their API, or
their
server might be down for these specific requests?

I'm having the same problem. It did just fine, and then today I went to iTunes
to
put in a new cd, and it gave me that error when I did the lyrics. I really like
iLyrics, please fix it soon!

Just noticed this problem today. Running iTunes 8.0.2.20 on Vista SP1 x64. It
looks
like something was changed at the lyricwiki end. The only thing I see is that
their
server was having problems 2/26, but I don't see any API changes. There are two
other
iTunes related plugins mentioned on their website. I'm going to try both of
these,
and see if they have the same issue.

UPDATE: I was able to use iTSfv (also a project on google code) to update
lyrics. It
is actually a far more robust tool, and I think I'll be using it instead of
iLyrics
from now on. Not as straight forward and easy, but the added features are
certainly
compelling.

It was a issue caused by lyricswiki soap server. had nothing to do with ilyrics
itself
