The modules and subworklows will be released in version 1.0.0 of the neoantigen pipeline.

Merging neoantigens in. All checks passed. Some formatting suggestions from Eric incorporated.

Versioning flags incorporated
Line breaks implemented
Docker vs singularity links dont matter too much and also matches how they do it in many nf-core modules
Lets talk about where to store one off scripts in the future.
