Add Nextflow support #65

Here are the general requirements for getting this done.

[x] Define the output schema and add it to the TEMPO repo
[ ] Add way to submit a Nextflow pipeline job
[ ] In addition to submitting runs for pipeline execution, write the output into a format current Nextflow pipeline is expecting
[ ] Validation of file paths before they're written to the running tsv file

As per discussions with CCS team, we also need to have some way to write to a running tsv file in a location that their specific instance of Nextflow Tower is watching/expecting.

I've added it to the main comment, above.

@gongyixiao feel free to add anything here that I may have missed; we can keep this thread updated.

This page does not seem to exist - https://github.com/mskcc/tempo/releases/tag/1.3.1 and neither does the repo exist https://github.com/mskcc/tempo/
