@sivkovic I noticed (from your GATK4 CWL) that we are utilizing --tmp-dir .. Just want to double-check if we should continue keeping it asCWD (.) or change it to anything else?

I updated it to Sinisa instead of Preethi, I am assuming that is whom you wanted to ask this question.
