Docker file and hosting of Docker images #4

Figure out with Sinisa about Docker file and hosting of Docker images @ionox0

  1. Using Existing Docker images
  2. Creating new Docker images and hosting them on DockerHub
  3. Which repo should the docker file be stored in.

Thank you @hweej and @allanbolipata for introduction to docker, as there is no standard place where the images are hosted, for ex: for nextflow they are hosting on cmopipeline org on docker hub and some are being stored on mskcc, can we all agree on what we should use as a group. if not I will have to make mskaccess as an org on docker hub. :)
