snp-pileup Segmentation fault #78

hello,

when I run sip-up , the Error is Segmentation fault. And there is no output.

Usage: snp-pileup vcd-file output tumor_bam normal_bam

There is hardly any information here to even begin guessing the cause. Even the call doesn't follow what is in the vignette.
