de-noise or error correct sequences with UMI barcoding #22

We need to find out how UMI-tools does any error correction (if at all) during deduplication, or find a tool that will perform it for us. start with looking at marianas, HUMID, Fgbio, UMIc, UMIErrorCorrect (python package)

For now, this is low priority because umi tools chooses one representative read in a way that we're happy with. I have added the backburner label.
