Adding subworkflows and updating modules to be in line with current modules repo #31

Added computefitness subworkflow, phylowgs workflow, and updated modules to what is current in the modules repo. Also swapped netmhcpan for netmhcstabpan. These have not been implemented in code, this pull request is simply installing all these modules/subworkflows.
