Scheduler took wrong decision for schedules with only one element on the same day

If a plan was configured with only one setpoint, and that plan was evaluated

• on the day of the setpoint
• after that setpoint (timewise)

The result schedule was always in the past, equal to the setpoint. This has been changed to be correctly evaluated to "next week."
