Description:

GC and Mappability files were newly generated for hg19/hg38 200bp/1000bp bin sizes

Impact:

Caused downstream binning issues in conversion of cov.raw.rds to cov.rds wherein bins only in the intersection of cov/mappability/GC gRanges were kept
