gr2bw will create a bigwig from a granges object and check the seqlengths. If the seqlengths of the input granges are longer than the seqlengths of the specified reference, the command will return the seqlengths and the user will need to fix their seqlengths.
dt2json will create a ggraph json to be visualized in PGV.
