uart3 on samsung-milletwifi is exposed externally by a mux on the USB port.

Tested using a carkit serial cable with a resistor of 619k.

Are you waiting to merge this until I submit it upstream? I should be able to do that soon, but wanted to ask you about submitting all my pending DTS-related changes as there's a few. I'd rather merge this and then I can push those changes upstream in a new batch.
