It fixes:

gcc_pcnoc_usb3_axi_clk parent is usb30_master_clk_src.

usb30_master_clk_src -> gcc_pcnoc_usb3_axi_clk -> gcc_usb30_master_clk

Please add some text to the commit description how you came to this conclusion to change the parent to that clock. And then send this patch upstream also.
