Add nt36xxx for xiaomi-vince #158

This PR adds NT36XXX touchscreen driver and touchscreen node for xiaomi-vince. The new touchscreen node is disabled by default, but easier to enable for users than cherry-picking the other PR.

For test:

  1. rmi4_ts node status should be set to "disabled".
  2. novatek touchscreen node status should be set to "enabled".
