Upstream venus support #56

Required getting rid of some hacks like c19a71652804cd5738a0317ffd3d14f461ae3d70 and 02796fd9b614b9ba875482198e53f2218e8bacba

@vldly For this I see some details in the commit message but do you know of a more concrete path to resolve this?

I have tried venus on next without any other commits, decode seems works fine i think it could be upstreamed https://github.com/barni2000/linux/commits/next/venus/20240404/. My only issue is find proper load values for freq table to reach same freq scaling behavior like on downstream.

Great! Also one comment in this series, you add qcom,sdm450-venus but don't use it. In newest mainline you can set it in arch/arm64/boot/dts/qcom/sdm450.dtsi
