[x] - alter bundle table to have the stripe product id (price)
[x] - add stripe product id field to the bundle form (required) and update insert functions
[x] - handle stripe events, get the user steamid by his email, insert the new 'vip' according to the bundle flags
[x] - insert new sale to the db as incomplete, update when the transaction is completed
