Revert Production and Transport Boundary locations within opgee.xml within gas_transmission branch #13

Within gas_transmission branch a commit was added to introduce the gas transmission module. While this module is needed, we do not want to expand the production boundary to encompass all processes. Rather, we want to keep the production and transport boundary definition as they currently are in the opgee.xml example file.

@wennanlong would the distribution boundary as currently defined encompass the same processes as the "expanded" production boundary did? Or do we have need to create an additional boundary line?
