Push docs to s3 #323

This should push the docs to a pandelab S3 account. Perhaps we could then redirect the msmbuilder.org domain (which we own) to serve that site. I'll ask Vijay about that.

I'm going to merge this, still as a test. We can discuss in one of the other threads. The reason is that the code really only runs (the pushing to s3) when the travis build is on master, as opposed to a PR branch (so that PRs don't break the docs if they're not merged).
