Release 2.8.0 #376

After merging #375, I want to (a) release 2.8.0 (b) make a conda binary hosted on binstar/omnia (c) change the docs to recommend that for installation.

IMHO, #324 as well.

I suspect we should clean up a few more issues as well, not sure exactly which ones.

Currently the msmbuilder website isn't versioned, so we can asynchronously update the tica docs after the release. But yeah. the point is that someone has to write them.

I'm going to cut 2.8.0 now, so that I can make a conda recipe that makes installation for the OpenMM workshop as easy as possible.
