The paper

states: "Data and materials availability: All data needed to evaluate the conclusions in the paper are present in the paper and/or the Supplementary Materials. Code to reproduce the results in this paper is available at www.github.com/msmerlak/localization-neutral-evolution."

But the repo is empty.
