1) removes all javascripts from MITO and replaces them with plain Java code implementations behind (replaceable) interfaces
2) cleans up mode choice part of MITO such that it is easier to re-use existing parts and greatly reduces duplicated code
The JavaScriptCalculator base class will be left in the code for some while as SILO uses it. Will remove it once we got rid of javascripts in SILO
