Create CITATION.cff #134

adds a CITATION file to the repo. By doing this, the main page of the repository will show an extra section for preferred citation, see: https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-citation-files

I like it! Thanks, Nico. @cllorca1 , could you do the same for SILO (Moeckel 2017), FOCA (Llorca & Moeckel 2021) and ALTO (Pukhova et al. 2021)?
