Description: Set up Buildroot, a tool to create a custom Linux-based OS, tailored for the Raspberry Pi 4. This includes configuring Buildroot to target the Raspberry Pi hardware, selecting necessary base packages, and building the initial system image.
Definition of Done (DoD): Buildroot configuration is completed, a successful system image is generated, and the Raspberry Pi 4 boots correctly with the custom Buildroot environment.
Blockers: None.

The Definition of Done has been verified: The Buildroot image was successfully built and tested on the hardware. Attached is a photo of the boot sequence from the Raspberry Pi 4, showing that it correctly loads the modules and drivers. Additionally, the build included the required components, confirming the environment setup.

The changes required for this setup were made in commit 018a330374de08cc1dbe755ce94d5ef8c61dfa5b
