Component labels (tags) are not being handled properly

The attached model is from the BNG Bible. It models flow of fluorescent labels 
in a simple biochemical system. Simulations in NFsim are incorrect because the 
label is not passing from reactant to product. Attached is the BNGL model file 
and GDAT outputs for ODE and NFsim simulations.
