Explanation, maybe options of choosing what data to import?

Three buttons, backup, restore, merge. Backup downloads a file in whichever singular option you think is best and can restore that file, which wipes and imports, or merge with existing data, perhaps selecting which differences to merge. The restore step would require the user type their password to confirm deleting the existing data. We should encourage they download a backup of their current setup prior to restoring.
