Problem Closing Dialogs #89

Sometimes, closing the modals leaves the backdrop there, or it leaves the rest of the screen unclickable.

This is a really problematic one as it forces the user to refresh.

This is due to duplicate listeners being placed on the icons in the welcome overview as well as the control menu.
