Simple new futures: attack all with exclude, restart after end, change mac after reaver X reaver attemts #107

New futures:
1. Option to attack all targets, but allow to exclude some BSSID or ESSID
2. Restart working after end - this one can by done with simple bash command 
but why not bulid in wifite
3. Most advanced, I got ASUS and Linksys WDR4000 routers with WDS. WDS allow 
only 10 and 20 attempts from one mac address.
