There are two answers to your questions:
  - first, you don't need to write the complete address, because Siphon writes the
address by concatenation of sip:, <your number> and provider. The number can be
enter
on dialpad, from address book or favorites list.
  - second, the previous solution allows only to use number address. So you can use
another solution to contact <alpha> address. Launch safari, and in url/address
bar
type your address like that : sip:<name>@<provider>

For your first reponse : The avantage of sip number is to be free of charge.
For instance, I am register on
freephonie and I want to contact a sip number from keyyo. If I use the number,
I will be charge for the call. If I
succeed to use the sip expression, normaly I won't be charge of the call.
Four your second answer, If I launch safari on my iphone with sip expression.
The system said : can't ope page
server can't be find. If I write instead sip:<name>@<provider>,
sip://<name>@<provider> the system launch
siphon but nothing at all is coming.

You can't use another sip provider, because you are not identify/authenticate.
You need to connect to 2(multi) sip provider to allow call on different sip
provider.
