Dialing single Digits doesn't work

Tried to dial 0 for my operator extension.  The phone doesn't do anything.

There are no reason one call with single digits doesn't work.
Mayber you want to tell DTMF doesnt work for IVR ?

No thats a different issue.  When you press 0 and tap call no invite is sent.

I thought their was a ticket open about the DTMF keypad not working in a 
call... if not I can open one... can you 
confirm that is an issue also?

I did this test length of number > 1 so you can call, or it should be length 
number > 0.
