0.8.0对字体间距处理有问题

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
notepad++ 还有一些出现配置字体对话框的软件

What steps will reproduce the problem?
notepad++设置字体为某些字体时(比方说极限丽黑的新丽黑), 
英文/数字间距不一, 在其
他一些软件的字体配置框(比如标准的写字板)里, 
可以看到该字体预览时英文间距明显很
大.(此时写字板正文没问题, 
但notepad++却能把这个问题反映出来)

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.8.0, Win7 x64FreeType,

解决了。之前的版本都加上了 FT_LOAD_IGNORE_GLOBAL_ADVANCE_WIDTH 
这个看似没用的标志，所
以 0.8.0 就去掉了。看来还是有用的。
