Refactor HttpServer serving of resources
Allow hot-reload of mod in F10 menu
Add speed display on moving trains
Add display of job licenses to job title cell
Add job payments, and bonus payments for active jobs, with time bonuses
Add optional filtering of jobs based on player's licenses or active jobs
Add car mass, length, and counts in job list
