MakeRss Class can cause crash on network error #19

I think. I saw a bunch of 111 errors, then a ValueError of channelMeta must
specify at least 'title', 'description', and 'link' according to RSS2.0
spec. these are case sensitive. I suspect rssdler grabbed a blank page,
parsed it, and fed it to the MakeRss class, which died b/c of insufficient
information.
