MakeRss is causing duplicates to show up in some readers #23

Possibly caused by regenerated guid. If someone manages to catch a diff
between two updates of the .xml that causes this, I would very much like to
see it.

I am not seeing this behavior anymore. I don't know what was causing it. May 
have
been a reader issue. Setting invalid until someone else sees this.
