Enhacement - preScanFunction #30

Add preScanFunction option on config file.

Imagine that some sites don't display the rss with the link pointing to the
torrent file, instead they point to a torrent details page. The user might
need to customize the correct url of the wanted torrent.

this functionality has been patched in in r157. Should be in 0.4.1 when it is 
released.

I've gotten no notice that this is not working. So, I'm setting this bug as
completed. Open a new one if the functionality does not work.
