ReFormatString._getLineWidth fails #8

It should return the width of the terminal, or 80 on failure, to determine
it. However, 'stty size' is always failing, resulting in a width of 80
always, even though 'stty size' works from the shell.

ReFormatString has been dumped, so this is no longer valid
