Future Design

I see someone pushed a design document or three. It's probably going to be easiest if we actually get together to discuss what the plans are now that we're not on a 48 hour time limit.

I have a living room, and can potentially acquire a whiteboard.

Might be wise. I'm free from 12:00 tomorrow, and for the whole weekend. Does Alessandro get git messages?

If you don't mind heading to campus we could book one of the shared study spaces in the library some time next week?

I am not in Southampton until tomorrow evening. I am free Saturday daytime, though not Sunday. I can let you know when I'm free next week, though I suspect if Alessandro is coming along we'll need a weekend slot. He should get the messages here if he's following the repository. Otherwise I can email him to let him know.

Hmm. I'm free Sunday-Monday-Tuesday, but otherwise not too available. I could do Saturday evening if we're going for Saturday, but only from about 5-6 onwards.

He's pushed stuff on, so he should be following.... Not that I really know how Github works.

Basically those watching the repository (which includes Alessandro) should get email notifications about what's going on. Shall we try sometime next week then?

Monday: Before 1:00, after 3:00 Tuesday: All day Wednesday: From 12:00 Thursday: From 2:00 Friday: From 2:00 Saturday: Probably okay after 6:00 Sunday: All day

Monday: After 15:00 Tuesday: Pretty much none… Wednesday: All day. Thursday: After 15:00 Friday: After 12:00 Weekend: All day.

Monday: None Tuesday: 11 to 4 Wednesday: Not between 12 and 1 Thursday is patchy so probably not a good idea Friday: Not 1 to 2:30, otherwise ok.

I feel like now that we've got a stable build at last (hooray!), this design session should be the next step. What do we say to 15:00 on Wednesday?

He should be, but I'll email him. I forgot to mention I am busy for half an hour at 3 o'clock. Shall we postpone to 3:30, or maybe 4?

An hour or so sounds about right. Are we going with a library room, or Iain's living room?

I'm by B&Q (so about 15 minutes walk from campus). If we weren't meeting up tomorrow, I'd be on campus 11-12 and 2-6 (or 11-6 if the weather's good), so am happy to meet up anywhen after 12.

Ok. I have attempted to book a room (59 / 1257) between 2 and 4 today. I should hopefully get an email confirming this soon. If anyone asks, we're doing a "Group Computing Project".

I have a brief appointment at three, but I thought if I booked the room for an extra hour then (a) you wouldn't feel under any obligation to leave if you wanted to continue the discussion and (b) I could potentially come back before 4.
